Apr 2019 Los Angeles Times: Since retiring from the national team in December 2015, five months after winning the Women’s World Cup, Wambach has started a business, written two books and made numerous stops on the lecture circuit.

She helped the U.S. Women's National Team (USWNT) win two Olympic gold medals (2004 and 2012) and a World Cup (2015)
